Health Advocacy

The health advocates act as a resource for both the staff and clients at the centre regarding addictions, financial, and legal issues, as well as counseling services, food and clothing issues, applications for assistance, and more. The advocates assist clients beyond immediate medical need, in whatever way possible, including advocating on behalf of clients with outside agencies.
