Welcome to our judgement-free space, where we provide primary care at no cost. We have diverse programs and services for anyone facing barriers to care, such as poverty, homelessness, mental illness, addictions and literacy level.
Along with our main clinic, there are off-site programs, including the Dental Clinic, Pathways to Housing, Pregnancy Pathways and Kindred House. You can also access our services at some community agencies, such as iHuman Youth Health Care Centre and the Miyowayawin Clinic. Our staff and practitioners also do home visits when necessary.
Need immediate medical care?
We provide medical care for minor emergencies, including stitches, burns and wounds. However, we can only serve those who meet our service criteria based on our new patient assessment process.
Please phone or drop in, and we will do our best to help you find the care you require, whether through our clinic or by directing you to other services.
